Provide control systems design, configuration, programming, startup, and troubleshooting. Specializing in PLC controls but also have extensive experience in DCS and hybrid systems configuration. Serving primarily the natural gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. Recent projects have included installation of PLC controls and associated operator workstations for natural gas processing plants, large horsepower electric drive reciprocating compressor stations, thermal oxidizers, duct burners, process heaters, and expander/compressors. Services range from simple troubleshooting to all phases of project development including initial inspection, system design, CAD drawings, configuration, installation, checkout, and startup. Degreed electrical engineer. Registered professional engineer.
Additional Specialties
All Microsoft Office products including database programming in Access. Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming software (PLC5, SLC, ControlLogix) and Wonderware InTouch HMI graphics software. Have also implemented projects utilizing Rockwell Automation RSView and PanelBuilder, GE Versa-Pro, QuickDesigner, and Fisher-Rosemount Delta V configuration software. Specialty program designs utilizing Visual Basic. All drawings done in AutoCAD.
