Howard Hausman received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from Polytechnic University / New York University and is President/CEO of RF Microwave Consulting Service. Mr. Hausman is also an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University, School of Engineering. Formerly Mr. Hausman was President / CEO of MITEQ, Inc., a microwave engineering company with approximately 700 employees. The company designed products for ground based satellite communications systems, space borne microwave systems, Radar systems, Reconnaissance systems and various microwave products for defense electronics. During his career, Howard Hausman served as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Engineering, before being appointed President/CEO of MITEQ, Inc. As an engineer, he has designed microwave systems and components for satellite communications, Radar and reconnaissance systems that include receivers, transmitters, amplifiers and synthesizers. Howard Hausman is also a recipient of the New York University / Polytech Distinguished Alumni Award, the IEEE LI Section Alex Gruenwald Award �For outstanding contributions to enhance the knowledge of the IEEE LI Section members in Satellite Communications and Microwave Theory� and a 2014 Award from NASA for work on the Mars Landing Systems. He has lectured around the world and authored many papers relating to microwave systems, satellite communications, Radar, and reconnaissance systems.
