Biography
I am retired after working as an Engineer for 45 years, with 35 years in High Voltage Switchgear development. I have been a member of the Switchgear Committee and the working group for IEEE 693, Seismic Design Guide for Substations. I have experience with mechanical, dielectric, power, and seismic testing in domestic and international laboratories.
