Applied Research Consulting Inc., provides white papers and presentations with regard to investigating (trouble shooting, optimization and design) of HF (~2-30MHz) communications systems. Analysis includes modeling propagation requirements and analyzing link margins for reliable communications with specified equipment. Space Weather variables are also analyzed and prepared for specific global impacts affecting the radio links. Radio system performance, modem waveforms, data protocols and RF equipment are analyzed. Interoperability issues between systems are also considered along with current and past Military Standards, Federal Standards and NATO Stanags required by many users in particular with regards to Automatic Link Establishment (ALE).
