Expert witness experience includes more than 100 engagements relating to alleged software and computer system defects, intellectual property, computer forensics (eDiscovery) and other issues. Brooks Hilliard has testified more than 45 times, including matters pending in Federal and State courts, arbitration, mediation and governmental hearings. Consulting experience includes more than 200 engagements in the selection of systems and networks for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Service Management (including professional services), Manufacturing Management, Distribution Management and other business applications.
