I am excited to announce that Qusi Alqarqaz accepted an appointment to Chair of the Lone Star Section History Committee. Qusi is an IEEE senior member, who is an active contributor to the IEEE Spectrum magazine and The Institute. her serves on The Institute's Editorial Advisory Board and writes the IEEE Systems Council History Column.
