Status field
Hello! I am looking for help on why my accesses to some fields appears to have changed. I am Chair of a smaller section and in the past I had been able to find those individuals with IEEE Status values set to "in arrears" or "inactive." The purpose for this was to try to contact those individuals personally to encourage them to renew their membership and participate in upcoming activities. I was able to access this information by going to "Members And Affiliates - Detail" and downloading data as either csv or excel tables, and then sorting on the "IEEE Status" field. Sometime around June something changed, and now I can only access records with the IEEE Status field value set to "active." Does anyone have any suggestions who I would need to contact to have this looked into? Is is just a permissions thing or is something else going on?
