Biography
UWen is a visionary, goal-oriented and experienced solution and enterprise architect. UWen enjoys playing the role of a model-driven business systems innovator that works with enterprise stakeholders to simplify organizational structures and dynamics in order to achieve strategic agility and adaptability. Simplicity is achieved through the art of abstraction and the science of refinement. From his investigation of the root causes of escalating software development costs through the years, UWen takes a multi-paradigm approach to consolidating or converging Business and IT Systems Models into a single harmonious whole by maximising the value of I rather than T, as T rapidly becomes a commodity. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It balances the need for innovation against speedy and disciplined execution by relentlessly competes on clarity, achieved through raising problem abstraction levels by separating business intent from syntax.
