I am currently studying for a master's degree in Management Coaching and Leadership at the OBS Business School and Universitat de Barcelona, Spain. I own an ICF-PCC credential. I am a Professional Ontological Coach and Enterprise Agile Coach. I accompany organisations to drive growth by converting their business, governance, and traditional operations to Agile and Industry 4.0. I work in organizational and digital transformation processes using Business Agility, Change Management, and Management 3.0 practices. I have more than 30 years of experience in ITCs and more than 15 years in Agile. I have been an active IEEE volunteer since 1998. I am also a member of the Agile Alliance, ICF, and Rotary International.
