A Harvard University-certified cybersecurity executive, he has a proven record in IT strategy, planning, and execution of large engineering information technology portfolios for the public and private sectors. He is also a thought leader on emerging technologies such as AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and intelligent automation. He currently serves as the Vice president of IT Strategy & Emerging Technologies at Concilium Services LLC. Mr. Cyrus was a Senior IT Executive Corporate and Trademarks Portfolio Manager in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where he served as principal leader for IT investments associated with the office’s Corporate, Trademarks (NextGen and legacy), Policy, Technology Sustaining, Dissemination, and Enterprise Business Systems portfolios.
