Dr. Kunysz has over 30 years experience in antennas, circuits and systems R&D, with emphasis on phased arrays antennas, radio frequency front end and system level signal processing. Dr. Kunysz is Founder of Quantum Reversal Inc., which started operations in 2017. He developed the mixture if analogue and digital novel approach to interference mitigation at the antenna level that consumes 100 times less power than existing technologies. Prior to that, he was Principal Engineer at NextNav Inc, working on design and implementation of the Metropolitan Beacon System (MBS), handheld implementation of antennas and RF front end for the MBS system, and DPD (Digital Pre-Distortion) of power amplifiers. From 1995 to 2011, Dr. Kunysz was RF/Antenna Specialist at NovAtel Inc, where he was responsible for advanced work in novel GPS antenna technology. He was the inventor of PinwheelTM technology that has become a standard within GPS survey community. Dr. Kunysz is author of 9 U.S. patents.
