He leads their B2B and B2C Webex Contact Center AI/ML (including GenAI) product portfolio for global Technology markets Previously, Varun worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte (in Dallas, TX) for 5.5 years. At Deloitte, he supervised 10 direct reports as well as led the AI/ML Emerging Technology Innovation Portfolio across the Healthcare and IT sectors for AI/ML based platform solutions. Varun has an MBA from University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and BS, MS degrees from Northwestern University. Varun is also an Startup Advisor and Mentor for Northwestern University's 'The Garage' (startup incubator), a CoMotion Startup Mentor for University of Washington, focusing on AI/ML product initiatives.
