The skills developed over the years led me to gain the competencies to manage structures for development and delivery of software solutions, either through internal resources that subcontractors. I also gained knowledge of business processes and skill to manage ICT reorganization, particularly in logistics and manufacturing. Currently I am responsible for a complex structure, heterogeneous and geographically distributed, which develops software products and implement projects intended primarily for companies and professionals. The ever-changing environment, due to both business (M&A) and technological developments, and the need to manage an environment with diversified histories and cultures, to be combined with the needs of the business are one of the main challenges I face in my work.
