Biography
Prof Vladimir Terzija is a Professor of Energy Systems & Networks, Newcastle University, Newcastle, UK. He used to be a Full Professor at SKOLTECH, Moscow, Russia, a Chair Prof at The University of Manchester (2006-2020), Application Engineer with ABB, Germany (2000-2006) and Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. His areas of expertise are related to power system monitoring, protection and control, as well as smart grid, multi-energy systems, big data and complex-science-based electric power and energy systems.
