Biography
As consultant to MITRE, Xontech, & Raytheon, I developed s/w in MatLab along with associated trajectory generator in Simulink for performing Cramer Rao Lower Bound evaluations & exercised it for 30+ mission scenarios. Performed other tasks for NMD/UEWR: wrote s/w specs for radar target tracking filters & UEWR Design Notebook Ch. 2.3; performed other analyses of algorithms; https://www.tekassociates.biz/PriorSummer2003TeKCovarianceFidelityProposal.pdf. For Navy's Airborne Remote Optical Spotlight System (AROSS) Littoral Surveillance, wrote MatLab code for performing Kalman filter covariance analysis to provide accuracy assessments for candidate Inertial Navigation Systems undergoing frequent fix/reset updates from GPS & differential GPS at a high rate.
