Seamus Thomson is a Senior Research Scientist at Google, focusing on exploratory sensing for health and wellness applications. Previously, he was a NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow at NASA Ames Research Center, developing autonomous sensing technologies for space exploration. He also held roles at Corin Group, Osseointegration International, and the Institute of Materials Science at The University of Connecticut. Dr. Thomson received a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honors), a Bachelor of Medical Science, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sydney. He holds multiple patents and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
