Biography
Paul is a Systems Engineer with Air Direct Solutions LLC of Seattle Washington. He works with companies in the aerospace and medical industries and has worked as Adjunct Faculty in the ECE Department at Seattle University. Paul was the 1999 President of IEEE USA, 2000-2001 President of the IEEE Aerospace & Electronics Systems Society and is a past member of the IEEE Board of Directors. He has chaired conferences on digital avionics, intelligent transportation systems and humanitarian technology. Paul received his BS from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He has chaired several IEEE USA and IEEE committees on careers, workforce and benefits. Paul also authored IEEE USA eBooks: Personal Positioning for Engineers and How are things Going - Making One on Ones Work for You. Paul speaks and writes frequently on medical devices/healthcare, commercial space, UAVs and driverless vehicles.
