Mr. Jose Jarque

Biography
Experienced in project management for power generation, asset management for T&D, and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, R&D). Expertise spans electronic hardware/software (0-48VDC), low voltage (up to 634VAC), medium voltage (1000V to 38kV) power distribution and generation systems, and high voltage (138kV-345kV) transmission systems. Proficient in applying ANSI/IEEE, UL, NEC, NFPA, CSA standards to electromechanical, solid-state, and microprocessor-based equipment, including metalclad arc-resistant switchgear, UL508A control panels, and various circuit breakers (miniature, molded case, air, vacuum, SF6). Familiar with IBC, ASTM standards for modular, prefabricated building structures. Involved in engineering software customization, product line standardization, and process improvements. Experienced in analog-digital-embedded design, prototyping, software/hardware debugging, RTU/PLC support, and technical documentation.
