I am an experienced independent consultant in the field of Digital Culture with international experience coaching and leading Information Ethics and Internet Governance initiatives. I currently serve as Co-Chair for the International Center for Information Ethics, editor for the International Review of Information Ethics, manager of IEEE's Collabratec Internet Technology Policy community (IEEE-ITP) and Chair of the IEEE Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in the Design of Autonomous Systems subcommittee on Classical Ethics in Information & Communication Technologies. I am the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Freelance Netizen and peer reviewer for journals in ethics and technology.
