Biography
My name is Dr. Heriberto Delgado. I live in Melbourne, Florida, a beach town located in the east coast, about an hour from Orlando. I have a Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a second M.S. in Applied Mathematics and a third M.S. in Computer Information Systems. I have 21 years of experience in electrical engineering in the areas of antennas, RF, EMC, MHD-EMP, controllers programming and electromagnetic modeling. I am also a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida and have 19 patents granted. I have been teaching at Colleges and Universities for 10 years in the areas of mathematics, electrical engineering and computer science.
