I am a technology professional with 14 years of experience, more than half of them in managerial positions where I practiced strategic planning, networks design, project management, business development, account management, telecom policies, and regulations with full awareness of telecom technology evolution and market trends. Currently, I am the Director of Studies and Monitoring Department at the Universal Service Fund of Saudi Arabia. USF is a governmental fund established within Communications and IT Commission (CITC) to extend the coverage of voice and broadband Internet services throughout the Kingdom. I have been with CITC since March 2009. Before that I worked with Norconsult Telematics as a consultant assigned to work with the client; Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as Manager, Access Solutions Design. I have a BSc in Electrical Engineering with 1st class honor from King Saudi University. ,,,,
