Intimate understanding of mutual dependencies and trade-offs between optical, mechanical, electronic and software components packed into today�s high-tech products. Experience in integrating a wide variety of sensors, low-noise front ends, digital signal processing platforms, software algorithms, servo-controls for electric, pneumatic and hydraulic drives, communication protocols and user interfaces. Serious system modeling skills with MatLab, as well as specialized electrical/mechanical/optical CAD tools and multi-physics packages. Special emphasis on medical imaging: excellent familiarity with lasers, imaging and anidolic optics, MEMS scanning mirrors and other MEMS devices, wide range of imaging and non-imaging detectors, such as ICCD, EMCCD, APD, PMT, SiPM and others. Good understanding of medical and military standards and design flows. Experience in building and maintaining IP portfolios.
