Biography
Dr. Lettsome is a digital signal & image processing, digital communications, and computer design expert (and solutionist) with over 20 years of technical, business, education, and research experience. Dr. Lettsome worked for 2 years as an electrical engineering consultant for Sigma Electrical and Environmental Engineering. He later worked for 1 year as a telemetry engineer for Computer Sciences Raytheon, a space program contractor, and 2 years as a digital signal processing and digital engineer for Rockwell Collins. He worked as a graduate research assistant at Georgia Tech for 2 years. He also worked as a graduate teaching assistant at Georgia Tech. for over 5 years. Dr. Lettsome has received a number of awards. He is a recipient of 3 National Science Foundation education related fellowships. In 2004 he was recognized as an outstanding graduate student instructor by the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering for teaching Circuits and Electronics.
