Chai-Keong Toh
Biography
Chai K Toh pioneered mobile ad hoc networks in early 1990s and wrote first book on "Wireless ATM & Ad Hoc Networks" (1997) and prentice hall best seller "Ad Hoc Mobile Wireless Networks" (2001). He is an IEEE Fellow 2009, AAAS Fellow 2009, IET Fellow 2003, and received IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award in 2005. In 2009, he invented Wireless Traffic Signs. In 2019, he was elected to fellow of the UK Royal Academy of Engineering.
