Biography
Brijesh Singh was born in the year 1981 and hails from Jaunpur, India. He did B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from VBSPU Jaunpur in 2003 and M. Tech in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from UPTU Lucknow in 2009. He obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi in 2014. He joined the Department of EEE, KIET Ghaziabad in July 2016 as an Associate Professor and is serving as the Coordinator and Faculty In-charge of the KIET Centre of Excellence for PET&CEI. He was also associated with VBSPU Jaunpur, KNIT Sultanpur, UCER Allahabad, and Mangalayatan University Aligarh as a faculty member from 2004 to 2016. His research interest includes power system safety and dynamic analysis, smart-grid operational studies, and renewable energy integration. He has published 40 research papers and executed 02 research projects. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. At present serving as Member ExCom in IEEE UP Section and as Branch Counsellor in IEEE Student Branch KIET.
