Brian is a qualified, experienced professional with expertise in engineering consulting in electric power projects. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering in the State of California; and registered internationally as an APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Engineer and an EMF (Engineers Mobility Forum) Engineer. Brian also holds a Class A General Engineering Contractor license from the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) in California and is a registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Brian holds two Master of Science degrees from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, USA: one in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Electric Power; and the other in Financial Engineering.
