Biography
I received my PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. My current research interests include wireless communication and propagation modeling in underwater and radio channels, plus vector acoustic communication and signal processing. I am a Fellow of IEEE, and also a Member of the Acoustical Society of America.
