Would you like to see patent protection changed? How?

A recent post talked about a big tech company that would like patent protection changed.  A general argument for weaker patent owners rights (ORs) is that it might hurt the owner's revenue, but it would lead to greater use of the invention - and greater public benefit (PB). A general argument for stronger owners rights is that it would incentivize more invention. Would you like to see patent protection changed? If so, how?
