Who is in the most danger from malicious deepfakes?

Deepfakes are often in the news - generally as part of a story to publicize a new threat to us. They have been used to create embarrassing nudes of teen girls, to impersonate actors and singers, to impersonate politicians in election campaigns, to impersonate government officials in meetings, and to enhance phishing scams, just to name a few.  Who do you think is in the most danger from malicious deepfakes?
