In your opinion - what qualifies as "superintelligent AI"?

In recent months, many posts have talked about "superintelligent AI" - and its dangers. Sometimes they define the term superintelligent AI - but it seems there are differing definitions. What do you think qualifies as superintelligent AI?  Must it pass a Turing Test (TT)?  Ace human competitions? Self-teach? Other?
