A recentI EEE Spectrum articleopined that "Microsoft's deal to restart Three Mile Island could be the start of a new trend."

Restarting a nuclear power plant would have seemed unthinkable several years ago - due to safety concerns - but now it is a serious option that looks economically attractive.I am not sure if this is a good thing. How do you feel about this? Should dormant nuclear power plants be restarted? Why or why not.
