Recently, IEEE Spectrum showed us a video of a A Starbucks With 100 Robots. They appear to do an amazing job.

I'm sure they are responsive, accurate and efficient. But I don't go to a coffee bar for accuracy and efficiency alone; I want the ambiance of human interaction. Would you frequent a coffee bar staffed only with robots? Why?
