How soon do you think you will encounter an autonomous robot in your day-to-day life?

I recently saw the  post  How soon do you think you will encounter an autonomous robot in your day-to-day life? - which posed a very interesting question. What is your expectation? 
  • I believe I already have one at home. It cleans my floors or manages my house's security.
  • I see them advertised now, but I haven't purchased one.
  • I look forward to acquiring one in the next few years - as autonomous functionality increases and price decreases.
  • A truly autonomous robot is very far in the future.  I hesitate to speculate how far.
