If an app you use is breached, would you feel responsibility for your data being hacked?

Most of us feel responsibility for protecting the privacy of our own personal data, but we also expect the apps we use to take responsibility for this. A recent post noted that  23andMe tells victims it’s their fault that their data was breached. If an app you use is breached and the app told you that you were responsible,  would you feel responsible for your data being hacked?
