I am writing down this letter as a request for the help regarding elevation to Senior Member in the IEEE Membership grade.

I am an Electrical & Electronics Engineer working in the construction industry as an Electrical design engineer since 15 years approximately.

I am associated with IEEE as a Member since 5 years. From 2 years, I am receiving emails from IEEE for upgradation of profile to Senior Member. But I am unable to find out 3 references without which my application is not being processed.

In this context, I request everyone to please provide me your reference no. which will help me to upgrade my level.  You can interview me on call/email or Web meeting at any platform you are convenient with.
