Dear IEEE Community, 

I am Amandeep Singla, based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and working as Manager, Infrastructure Enablement at Meta. 

I have 17 years of experience in software engineering, cloud computing (AI-accelerators, inferences, GPUs) and AI/ML. I am right now working with Meta helping build scalable infrastructure, and expand their data center foot print to support platforms like facebook app, Whatsapp, Instagram etc used by billions of people and millions of businesses around the globe. Prior I have spent about 5 years at eBay re-architecting their infrastructure and moving them from on-premise to private cloud for resource optimization and reduced cloud spend (Operational expenditure, OpEx). I am also an author of the Best Selling book, "Building for Scale", which captures my learnings over the years and encourage folks who are interested to be part of this journey.

I am reaching out my IEEE community to help me with my application as Senior member, IEEE, and would need reference and membership number of existing IEEE senior members or fellows who can vouch for my work and contributions in the field of Software Engineering, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Management.
