I am taking this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Srinivasu Kavala and I currently live in Monroe Township, New Jersey. I am working as Business Intelligence Lead (since 2015) for Housing Works Inc, a non-profit organization based out of Brooklyn, New York with a mission to end AIDS and homelessness. As part of this role I have worked on several mission critical initiatives including building a Reentry Program (using crm) application for assisting formerly incarcerated individuals with a successful transition to their community after release; thereby reducing recidivism and building safer communities. I have also contributed to several programs related to Contracts, Grants and Advocacy using crm/salesforce and related integrations.

Prior to this I have experience working on Healthcare, Insurance, Banking projects for reputed clients like AXA, Prudential etc during my previous job duration at TCS and Tech Mahindra respectively. Overall I have more than 15 years professional IT experience including Salesforce crm and java technology and hold certifications.

As I am in the process of applying for Senior Membership, I would appreciate if anyone (Senior Member or above) belonging to this community would be willing to support my application. I do have a reference available and I am looking for atleast 2 more references.
