Promoting gender equality

Hello, I don't know if anyone is interested, but my small research project has just been published: "Using situated learning and pro-social approaches to improve gender equality in engineering education" here: https://www.eis.org.uk/action-research-grants/arg-pro-social-approaches-gender-equality-engineer

This was done for the University I teach at: UHI North West and Hebrides.   It was very kindly funded by the Educational Institute of Scotland.  It looks at the impact on perception of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, when cohorts of undergraduate students do focused mini-projects.
