IEEE VoLT provided me with the chance to learn IEEE from a more practical standpoint, which enabled me to see how I might be a useful volunteer and empowered me as well. This has provided me opportunities to take on different responsibilities that have improved both my professional and volunteer experiences. 

This has been really beneficial for my career growth and leadership opportunities, in addition to the wonderful trainings we receive during the programme!

This understanding has shaped the leadership I bring back to my parent OU and given my comments tremendous weight as I work to increase volunteerism and membership in IEEE.
